Step 1. Identification of the need

During this stage, we make sure that the company really needs to recruit a new employee.

Step 2. Analysis of the need

We will analyze and understand precisely what the company needs, what its needs are and formalize it.

Step 3. Drafting of the job description

We draw up a form with all the elements of the position to be filled.

Step 4. Writing the ad

Step 5. Distribution of the job offer

Step 6. Sourcing and selection of applications
