Personal coaching (or life coaching) aims to help you find your own solutions to private situations (family, couple, relationship, professional orientation...). It allows you to be accompanied individually or as a team towards the achievement of professional objectives (professional orientation, taking up a position, participative management, team cohesion...). Personal coaching allows to have a clear vision of the objectives by federating the collaborator or the team through common values, by seeking what blocks by the implementation of a shared vision, rather than by focusing on the strengths and weaknesses of each one.
The duration of the coaching depends on your objectives and the time frame you have set to reach them. It aims at making the coachee autonomous in his or her thinking process and is therefore not a long-term process. Each session lasts approximately one hour and its duration varies from one coachee to another. It depends on your situation and your motivation. It takes between three and ten sessions over a period of period of about six months.
My accompaniment concerns any person living a transition of professional and/or personal life:

The first meeting lasts about an hour and is conducted by videoconference or by telephone. Its purpose is to explain to you what coaching is and what it is not, but also to explain my way of working. This interview allows me to make an in-depth analysis of your request and to answer your questions. At the end of the telephone interview or video conference, if you agree, we will set up the first coaching session together.
Coaching ends when your goal is reached and you feel empowered enough. In this case, we schedule a closing session that marks the end of the coaching process. During the sessions, if the coachee identifies a new goal, we start a new coaching session.
There is no difference except for the price difference justified by the transportation time and travel expenses inerrant to face-to-face coaching. Remote sessions can be done by phone or video conference via Skype, zoom, Facetime, Whatsapp, etc. All you need is a computer or smartphone and a Wi-Fi connection.
Most of my coaching sessions are done remotely. Face-to-face coaching sessions take place mainly in the Oise region and at the coachee's home. At the request of the coachee, I can travel outside my department. In this case, I will charge extra for travel expenses such as train tickets, cab, hotel or restaurant bills, etc. Coaching can also take place in an environment that the coachee is particularly fond of (private room, tea room, parks...). The most important thing is that you feel comfortable during the coaching session.
A certified professional coach charges between 90 € and 250 € for a session. I charge between 70 € and 100 € for my sessions.
